Two-time All-Big East First Team at Creighton (also All-Freshman and ’23 HM), Ronsiek helped the Bluejays reach the 2022 NCAA Elite Eight. After transferring to Colorado State, she captured Mountain West Newcomer of the Year, made All-Mountain West, and earned WBCA All-America Honorable Mention and later WBCA All-America finalist recognition. In high school at Sioux Falls O’Gorman, she was South Dakota Miss Basketball and Gatorade Player of the Year.
At Michigan, Williams was Academic All-Big Ten, won the program’s Big Ten Sportsmanship Award, and posted 18 points in the 2024 NCAA Tournament win over Kansas. As a Miami graduate transfer, she started every game, averaged 11.7 points and 7.0 rebounds, recorded nine double-doubles, and finished second in the ACC and 14th nationally in field-goal percentage at 58.6 percent, making two in-season all-tournament teams. A five-star at Chicago’s Whitney Young, she was the 2019 city championship MVP and a McDonald’s All-American nominee.
After a strong freshman season at Butler, Richard transferred to Ball State and led the Cardinals to a historic 2024 to 2025 sweep of the MAC regular-season and tournament titles and an NCAA Tournament berth. She earned All-MAC Second Team, MAC Player of the Week honors during the title push, and averaged 16.1 points and 6.9 rebounds as a senior. At Avon High School, she was First Team All-State, a three-time All-Hendricks County pick, and set school rebounding records.
