Growing up in Maywood and Glen Ellyn, Illinois, Byron's experiences have profoundly shaped his path to success. With a marketing-focused college education and professional certifications and licenses in sports management, NIL, and sports marketing, he has gained valuable and deep insights into building successful and recognizable brands.

His 10+ year career journey includes roles such as Associate Player Development for the Chicago Sky, Scout Team (Chicago Sky),  Nike (EKIN) In-Store Brand Ambassador, Puma Lead/In-Store Ambassador, AT&T Apple Advisor, and currently the lead women’s basketball recruiter for The Players Pick (WNBA/FIBA), as well as the Head Scout for PrepGirlsHoops Illinois (Grassroots/NCAA). Additionally, he founded his own basketball development company, BXLENT Training LLC. Over the years he has developed and worked with some of the top players in the world at all levels. Amateur, collegiate, and professional (WNBA | FIBA | WNBL). Byron has established himself as a notable and reliable presence in the basketball scenes, particularly in girl‘s and women’s basketball. 

Over the years, these roles and experiences have fostered relationships with renowned brands and influential individuals across various fields. His ultimate goal is clear: to help players build the confidence to share their unique stories, manage their priorities, and develop their own brands.
